Call for Speakers

Take part in our Conference Programme

Have something worth sharing with the therapy and rehabilitation community?

We're looking for speakers who can bring fresh thinking, practical experience and useful ideas to Therapy Show. Whether your expertise comes from clinical practice, research, rehabilitation, sport, education or running a practice, we want to hear what you've learned and what others could learn from it.

If you have a topic that could challenge thinking, start a conversation or give delegates something they can take back and use, submit your proposal below.

How to make your session clear, useful and easy to follow

  • Know who you're speaking to: Therapy Show brings together physiotherapists, sports therapists, osteopaths, chiropractors, massage and soft tissue therapists, rehabilitation professionals, clinic owners and many more across MSK, therapy and rehabilitation. Think about who will benefit most from your session and what they need from it.
  • Give people something they can use: Delegates want ideas they can take back into their work. Share practical techniques, useful approaches and lessons you've learned. Finish with one clear idea, tip or action they can put into practice after your session.
  • Bring your audience up to date: Use recent research, evidence or developments to support what you're saying, and explain what has changed and why it matters in practice.
  • Choose a title people will understand: Your title is one of the main reasons someone will choose your session. Keep it clear and specific. Tell people what you're talking about and give them a reason to come along.
  • Share what you've learned in the real world: Use real cases, examples, successes and lessons learned to show how your topic translates into everyday practice.
  • Make the evidence mean something: Don't just show research or data. Explain what it means for someone treating patients or working with clients every day.
  • Get people involved: Ask questions, run a poll, start a discussion or demonstrate something. Give your audience a reason to take part rather than simply sit and listen.
  • Don't let your slides do the talking: Keep them simple and use them to support what you're saying. People have come to hear from you, your experience and your ideas.
  • Leave time for questions: Rehearse your session so you don't have to rush your final points and leave enough time for delegates to ask questions and relate what they've heard to their own work.
