CONFERENCE STREAMS

The Conference Programme

About the programme

Therapy Show conference programme has been carefully redesigned for 2026 to deliver clearer structure, deeper learning and more practical value for clinicians working in real-world practice.

Guided by a practitioner-led advisory board and supported by an education oversight committee representing professional bodies, the programme brings together evidence-led clinical content, hands-on application, essential skills and business-focused learning - all clearly organised so you know exactly what you’re attending.

Every session is designed to offer high-quality CPD you can apply immediately, with improved theatre capacity, clearer learning formats and a better balance between clinical reasoning, practical hands-on application and professional and business development.

What’s different for 2026

For 2026, we’ve made deliberate changes based on your feedback:

  • Larger enclosed theatres for core conference content
  • Clearer learning environments, each with a defined purpose
  • Fewer superficial lectures, more depth and application
  • Stronger emphasis on clinical reasoning, assessment and decision-making
  • Practical learning prioritised across multiple formats
  • Business CPD that reflects the realities of running and building practices

The result is a programme that is easier to navigate, more relevant to your day-to-day work, and better aligned with how clinicians actually learn.

Conference Theatres & Learning Spaces

Theatre A (Enclosed Conference Theatre)

In-depth clinical and evidence-led sessions.

Theatre A hosts core conference sessions focused on clinical reasoning, condition-specific MSK practice and evidence-led decision-making.
Sessions are designed to ensure depth, giving speakers the time to explore complexity rather than deliver surface-level overviews.

This theatre is fully enclosed, streamed, and sized to accommodate high-demand sessions comfortably.

Theatre B (Enclosed Conference Theatre)

Parallel clinical learning without compromise

Theatre B runs alongside Theatre A with the same level of clinical depth and educational quality.
This space allows delegates to choose between parallel high-value sessions without feeling they are missing out on core content.

Like Theatre A, this is an enclosed, streamed environment designed for focused learning and improved delegate experience.

Venn Innovations in Shockwave Theatre (Show Floor)

The Venn Innovations in Shockwave Theatre offers short, clinically focused sessions exploring how shockwave therapy and diagnostic ultrasound are used in contemporary MSK practice.

Sessions will look at how point-of-care ultrasound can support assessment, treatment planning and outcome monitoring, using real-world MSK presentations such as tendinopathy and soft tissue injury as examples.

Shockwave sessions (radial and focused) will explore evidence-informed treatment selection and how shockwave may be integrated within broader rehabilitation pathways — with an emphasis on clinical reasoning rather than protocols.

Selected sessions will include brief live demonstrations and case-based discussions, giving delegates a practical insight into how these technologies are applied in everyday clinical settings.

Business & Practice Leadership Theatre (Enclosed)

Running and building better practices

The Business & Practice Leadership Theatre is dedicated to professional development, leadership and better business decision-making in practice.

Sessions focus on:

  • leadership and team development
  • professional growth and responsibility
  • running effective, viable practices
  • decision-making in real-world clinical environments

Content is delivered by clinicians, practice leaders and educators who understand healthcare settings — not generic business speakers.

Clinical Skills Lab (Open, Show Floor)

Assessment, safety and decision-making skills

The Clinical Skills Lab provides practical, small group learning focused on essential clinical skills that support safe, confident practice.

Sessions here centre on:

  • assessment and screening
  • recognising red flags
  • decision-making and escalation
  • emergency and safety skills

This space prioritises confidence, competence and clarity - complementing applied treatment learning elsewhere in the programme.

Applied Practice Arena (Open, Show Floor)

Hands-on treatment and movement application

The Applied Practice Arena is an in-the-round, highly practical learning space dedicated to treatment techniques, movement application and manual practice.

Sessions are:

  • hands-on and participatory
  • delivered in smaller groups
  • focused on application rather than observation

This is where delegates practise techniques they can take straight back into their own setting.

Conference Streams

Running across the programme, sessions are organised into clear content streams to help you plan your learning:

  • Clinical Reasoning & Evidence
  • Specific Conditions & MSK Practice
  • Rehabilitation, Movement & Performance
  • Assessment, Safety & Decision-Making
  • Hands-on Treatment & Application
  • Business, Leadership & Professional Development

Each stream spans multiple theatres and formats, allowing you to build a learning pathway that reflects your own role, interests and setting.

Designed for real-world practice

Whether you work in private practice, sport, community or mixed settings, the Therapy Show conference programme is designed to support:

  • confident clinical reasoning
  • practical application
  • better decision-making
  • professional growth
  • day-to-day practice improvement

This is CPD that respects your time - and delivers value you can use immediately.
