This keynote will provide an overview of the current challenges in the assessment and management of spine related leg pain, including diagnosis, prognosis and prognostic factors, treatment planning, and treatment effectiveness. It will explore what we already know, where the current evidence and expert consensus support changes to practice now, and where important uncertainties remain. Finally, it will consider the key research priorities and emerging developments that are likely to shape the future of spine related leg pain care.
