Serena is a Chartered member of the BPS and has over 22 years experience working in the field, including as Founder of Ape Model Psychology and as a Senior Lecturer at Nottingham Trent University. Her speciality is in effecting change using positive psychology. Her previous clients include the New Zealand Treasury, Department of Constitutional Affairs (UK), HM Prison Service, as well as sports teams and individuals undergoing rehabilitation. Serena is highly regarded in her field and she is frequently featured in major media including ITV, Sky News, BBC Radio 4, The Guardian, The Times and the Conversation.
