Sarah Wilson is a Consultant Physiotherapist in Pain Management and Clinical Delivery Lead, specialising in translating research into impactful clinical practice. She has over 20 years of experience delivering psychologically informed physiotherapy for complex persistent pain presentations and has led multiple service development initiatives grounded in evidence-based methodology across tertiary care and community settings. Sarah currently serves as Consultant Physiotherapist and Clinical Delivery Lead at Cora Health, where she provides strategic and professional leadership, drives integrated working across services, and supports complex clinical practice. As a Senior Lecturer at Brunel University London, she designs and delivers postgraduate pain curricula that embed contemporary evidence and behaviour change science. Across clinical, academic and leadership roles, Sarah focuses on advancing patient outcomes by integrating research, education, and innovative rehabilitation models. Sarah has contributed significantly to the professional landscape through research, national committee leadership, and published work on psychologically informed physiotherapy and combined psychological–physiotherapy interventions. Sarah has a passion for developing others, enhancing clinical standards, and improving outcomes for people living with persistent pain.
