She has over 20 years of experience delivering psychologically informed physiotherapy for complex persistent pain presentations and has led multiple service development initiatives grounded in evidence-based methodology across tertiary care and community settings. Sarah currently serves as Consultant Physiotherapist and Clinical Delivery Lead at Cora Health, where she provides strategic and professional leadership, drives integrated working across services, and supports complex clinical practice. As a Senior Lecturer at Brunel University London, she designed and delivered postgraduate pain curricula that embed contemporary evidence and behaviour change science.
