Katie Knapton is a Chartered Physiotherapist, founder of PhysioFast Online and Chair of Physio First, the professional network supporting physiotherapists working in independent practice. She also serves on the committee of the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Occupational Health and Ergonomics (ACPOHE). With experience spanning the NHS, private practice, workplace health and digital physiotherapy, Katie is passionate about improving access to high-quality, person-centred care and strengthening the contribution physiotherapists make across health, work and prevention. She is a strong advocate for ensuring the patient voice remains central to service design, clinical practice and healthcare policy. Alongside her clinical work, Katie is actively involved in professional leadership, education and advocacy. She is a regular speaker and facilitator at national conferences and events, with a particular interest in independent practice, workplace health, innovation and the evolving role of physiotherapy.
