With 32 years experience working clinically in the field of lymphology, Justine is established both in the UK and Internationally. She is author to many publications in both journals and book texts. In 2007 Justine won the Royal College of Nursing - ‘Nurse of the Year’. She was appointed Senior Lecturer at the University of Lancashire, Preston in December 2007, where she led courses in Chronic Oedema and now focuses on research. In January 2008 she established Northern Lymphology Ltd where she is both Director and Nurse Consultant. In these roles Justine works clinically, is research active and lectures internationally. Currently studying for her PhD in the lymphatics, her research is challenging international guidelines. She also sits on the Editorial Board of a number of Journals, and is a recent former member of the Scientific Committee of the British Lymphology Society. Out of work when she isn’t sailing and mountain biking, Justine also runs a Hedgehog Rescue Hospital.
