The Happy Reset
Jo Lothian is the founder of The Happy Reset™, an integrative wellbeing framework that brings together nervous system regulation, emotional processing, personalised nutrition and the deeper patterns we carry through the body.
Her work is shaped by lived experience of early medical trauma and chronic stress, alongside evidence-informed practice. She specialises in trauma, nutrigenomics and stress resilience, helping people understand how experience and genetic tendencies can influence cortisol regulation, inflammation, recovery, hormones, mood and behaviour.
Jo works with individuals, practitioners, organisations and community groups through workshops, keynote sessions and experiential education. Her approach combines embodied regulation with personalised nutrition, offering a whole-system lens on stress, recovery and sustainable wellbeing.
