James is an accredited Course Developer providing neuroinclusive & mental health-informed sports coaching. With a passion for designing interventions to eradicate barriers in education, sport & community health, James co-created the first accredited sports coaching course of its kind in the UK, giving universities, educators, and organisations the tools to deliver genuinely inclusive practice. He has also written and delivered a SEND Policy module for degree-level students, helping shape future professionals’ understanding of inclusive education.
