Heather Rosa is the Dean of the Institute for Optimum Nutrition, an online higher education charity celebrating over 40 years of excellence in personalised nutrition training. Courses, validated by the University of Portsmouth, include a Cert.HE Personalised Diet and Health, BSc (Hons) Nutritional Therapy and the Graduate Diploma in Integrative Functional Nutrition, the first of its kind for medics, allied healthcare and CAM professionals that includes optional clinical practice training. ION also provides CPD and Credit Bearing Short Courses. Heather has interests in metabolic health and nutrition and evolutionary biology.
