Dr Pippa Bennett
Head of Clinical Governance and Senior Paralympic Sports Medicine Consultant,
UK Sports Institute
Pippa is the Senior Paralympic Sports Medicine consultant combining this role with that of Head of Clinical Governance for the UK Sports Institute.
She has worked as a sports physician for 20+ years having been the Chief Medical Officer with England Women’s Football, British Gymnastics and British Equestrian as well as working in professional sport as team doctor for Norwich City FC.
LA 2028 will be Pippa’s 3rd Paralympic Games when she will lead the medical team, she has also been a medical officer for Team GB at Beijing 2008 and London 2012.
Pippa lives in a small village in the countryside of Norfolk and when not working, walks her 2 dogs and attempts to play golf!
