David is course lead of the Advanced Clinical Practice Musculoskeletal (MSK) management MSc at Sheffield Hallam University. He also continues to work as a lead clinician in a primary care network in York, where he is responsible for a team of MSK staff. Completing an Advanced Practice MSc in 2017, he became a member of the MACP and is current Treasurer for the organisation. A former football coach at a range of levels, David worked extensively in medical and emergency education for the Football Association. He has a passion for communication and consultation in all its forms, from clinical practice to academia and to sport.
