A scientifically proven manual therapy method developed by Luigi Stecco, and further refined by
Dr. Carla and Dr. Antonio Stecco through decades of anatomical and clinical research.
It views the fascia as a three-dimensional continuum that connects and coordinates all structures
of the body — muscles, joints, and even internal organs.
It follows a global and structured clinical reasoning process, aiming to identify and treat specific
densified points within the fascial system — known as Centers of Coordination (CCs) and Centers
