HeadX Kross projects a crosshair that moves as the head turns, nods or tilts, giving the patient and clinician a shared visual reference. Fit the adjustable strap, align the laser and use wall targets to follow a path or return to a starting point. Kross supports head and neck movement practice without a phone, screen or Bluetooth pairing. It provides visual feedback rather than digital movement recordings. The HeadX exercise library offers 70 exercises across seven chapters, with video demonstrations. The Kross package includes the unit, two adjustable elastic straps, a USB charging cable and storage box, with optional Wall Chart and Exercise Booklet packages.
