Foot & Arch Custom Insoles: designed from the plantar pressure scan
Every Foot & Arch custom insole starts with data, not guesswork. The same foot plantar pressure scan that shows how a patient stands, balances and walks becomes the specification for an insole matched to their foot shape and pressure pattern.
Prescribed only where the data supports it
For many patients, exercise, footwear changes or rehabilitation are the right answer. Where the assessment shows an orthotic is clinically indicated, the pathway is simple:
- Prescribe: the clinician decides, on the evidence, that an insole is warranted.
- Order: the scan is uploaded to the Foot & Arch B2B portal and the insole is ordered directly from it.
- Fit: the insole is matched to the patient's foot shape and pressure pattern.
Materials and footwear
- Custom-density EVA, thermoplastic or 3D-printed materials
- For trainers, work shoes, safety boots and everyday footwear
Commonly used for
Plantar fasciitis, heel and forefoot pain, ankle instability, knee, hip and back pain linked to foot loading, overuse injuries, sports performance and diabetic foot care.
Measure the difference
A follow-up scan shows objectively how loading has changed, giving the patient, their records and any referrer before-and-after evidence.
