The Scar Therapy Network is an inclusive, accessible community created to connect professionals working in the field of scarring and to support individuals living with scars.
For scar professionals, the network provides a welcoming space to connect, share knowledge, exchange ideas and access resources, regardless of professional background, location or level of experience. By bringing together clinicians, therapists, researchers and other specialists from across the world, we can learn from one another and strengthen the wider field of scar care.
The Scar Therapy Network is also a free evidenced based patient resource, giving individuals living with scars access to information, education and a community that understands the challenges of scarring. We believe everyone should be able to find trusted information and feel connected, supported and heard throughout their scar journey.
Our vision is to create a worldwide community of scar professionals who collaborate, share expertise and work together to improve care. By connecting the global scar community, we can better understand scarring, advance treatment and ultimately better serve every person living with a scar, wherever they are in the world.
