Balens is proud to be this year’s educational sponsor of The Therapy Show, supporting opportunities for health and wellbeing professionals to explore important aspects of running a practice.
As part of the educational programme, Balens Technical Schemes Manager Katie Thomas will deliver two sessions: one on consent and record-keeping, and another on handling complaints and claims.
“While I’m a little nervous, I can’t wait to deliver the sessions and take questions from attendees,” said Katie. “Consent and complaints are important topics for practitioners, and I hope visitors will join the discussions.”
Visitors can hear Katie speak in Theatre B at both sessions:
- Wednesday, 11 am: “What if… how strong records and consent can protect you when it matters most.”
- Thursday, 12.30 pm: “Under fire: How to survive complaints and claims as a practitioner”
Balens also looks forward to welcoming visitors to Stand F10. Whether you have a question or would simply like to say hello, the team would be pleased to meet you at the show.
