The presentation will explore the use of a variety of objective markers during the rehabilitation of an injured military recruit. It will show how testing not only highlights progression, but how it directs the programming of exercises and aids clinical decision-making. These objective markers utilised are selected from research and cover everything from balance and proprioception, range of movement, muscle endurance and strength, to the scientific analysis of movement using VALD Force Decks. We will also demonstrate how these processes can be adapted to different MSK-I’s and environments including sport and private practice.
